Most of this post will not make any sense to a lot of you. If you didn't know, Jason and I are gamers. Not just any gamers, dungeons and dragons gamers. We have a core group of people we game with at any given time, usually one weekend every other month or so and supposedly once a week. The weekly group consists of Matt, Jason, David, Chad, sometimes Scot and me (Groups III). There are two groups of people we game with for the every other month. Jason, Matt, Pat, Blair, Kate and I (Group I) try to get together once every three months while Jason, Matt, Pat, Adam and I (Group II)try to get together every other month, or whenever our schedule permits. This weekend was a Group II weekend. Because of a miscommunication, Adam wasn't able to attend. Don't worry, he was given a very hard time about it, but he was sorely missed. Adam roleplays his character very well, and most of the time he provides comedic relief. He comes up with very clever ideas that, when you picture it in your head, is just hilarious. And there's also the incident where he had drank a few of beers, told us all to be quiet, and announced he was a little tipsy.
So, this post is for Adam to let him know what he missed, other than us laughing at each other. (Forgive me if the name is spelled wrong!)
***The following did not actually happen, it is a recap of a game. No one was hurt, or killed or anything and nothing was stolen from anyone.***
After looting, we teleported back to Goldshire. Once we arrived, Brigget was getting "called" and disappeared, but his mechanostrider was left. (Don't worry, Ray didn't ride it!) We then teleported to Stormwind. Harrison took his time trying to unload all of our loot while Grace went looking for a new healer with Ray and Angus. We found one at the cathedral named Durgon. He's just as moody as Brigget! He wanted to raise some money for the orphanage in the Burning Steppes, and he had used all of his stipened, so he agreed to come with us for an equal share of treasure.
Grace cast a legend lore spell on the lich's sword and had a vision of a frosty wasteland and saw the lich pick it up. We proceed to take the sword to the mage's tower. They didn't want to keep it there and Ronan was indisposed.
We used the teleport circle in the cathedral to go back to Goldshire. We decided to stay at the inn and Xelf, Ray's girlfriend was there. What an emotional reunion! In the morning we head back down to the mines where we convince some goblins to leave, set free some miners, kill Mr. Smite and kill Van Cleef and his bodyguards. After Ray and Grace argue for a while (something about a fortitude save and paralysis), we teleport back to Stormwind via Goldshire.

Grace learned the spell Greater Teleport and Harrison and her went to turn in Van Cleef's head along with the red bandana's. Our rewards will be sent to our rooms, but we need to finish cleaning out the mines.
Our party deaths were Ray (NOT Grace's fault) and Angus. Although our new cleric and Harrison were pretty close a couple of times!
I also thought our gamer friends might enjoy this picture. This is Jason's and my ten foot pole that was in our backyard. It's the post we pulled out of the ground.
